A Family from Oslo.

We celebrate the art of Japanese bathing and its ability to transform everyday spaces into serene retreats.

A brand new house.

A heartwarming story from a family in Oslo, Norway recently exemplified this beautifully. While navigating the challenges of pregnancy, they undertook to build a brand new family home in the backyard of a small proeprty.

A harmonious home in a historic neighbourhood.

In crafting their new home, they set out to establish a set of ambitious standards. They chose refurbished brick to seamlessly blend into the historic character of the inner-city working-class neighborhood. Inside, the design showcases magnificent woodwork, predominantly featuring fir and pine, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Prioritising a Japanese wooden bathtub.

Central to their transformation was the incorporation of a traditional Japanese wooden bathtub, harmoniously placed within a wet room that features a stunning skylight. This design invites natural light to enrich the bathing experience, fostering a peaceful ambiance where relaxation comes easily.
